Well maybe it’s that we’re a proudly Cornish family run outfit. Gavin our head butcher uses only prime cuts of meat & delicately blends them with the very best herbs, spices, & seasonings to create our unique products.

All of our meat comes from handpicked Cornish stock. Allowed to mature naturally & enjoy the laid back pace of life right here in Cornwall.
