Who are the people that make up the Kernow Sausage Company?
Gavin is at the head of the company and started the company back in 2007. With years of experience in the industry and a passion for getting a quality sausage to the consumer, Gavin is well placed to drive the company forward as Head Butcher and Managing Director. Karen, Gavin’s Mum is the company’s Sales Account Manager and will be your first port of call if you were to place an order. Karina, Gavin’s sister, is Production Manager. These three family members are the only people to hold the secret recipe that has garnered so much success. Phil and Gary work hard to ensure the butchery, production and delivery is of the highest order and Nicky heads our accounts department.
As you can see, this really is a family company and a joint effort.
