Where do you source your meat?
The majority of our pigs are reared right here on Barwick Farm. This way we can ensure that they are well kept, have enough space to roam and are the healthiest they can be. This all comes together to create a quality product.
Do you only supply sausages?
Sausages were very much the product that started the business, and they are our most popular product still today. Since then, however, we have shifted our knowledge and enthusiasm for what we do across to other products including gammon, bacon and burgers. Are your products ethically kept?
Our pigs are welfare reared with the ethos that happy pigs lead to tasty pigs! Our pigs enjoy the luxury of the mild sea air and laidback Cornish lifestyle so you get the best meat.
Do you offer products suitable for specific dietary needs?
Recognising that some potential customers have dietary needs we created a specific range of Gluten Free sausages. Please see the product price list for more details.
