At The Kernow Sausage Company we get the whole family involved to hand make our range of Cornish sausages, bacon, burgers and gammon on the Roseland in Cornwall.
We use pork sourced from our local pig
farmer a mere stones
throw away and all round natural ingredients to produce quality Cornish
sausages.

Gavin our head butcher and sausage connoisseur uses his 10 years experience and passion for pork to make the best quality local sausages using only prime cuts of meat and the very best herbs, spices, & seasonings.

As well as the key holders to the famous family recipe book, Karen and Katrina are the ladies who ensure your hand-made sausages arrive with you safely ready to sizzle up by tea-time.

‘So what makes is it that makes a Kernow Sausage so special?’ I hear you ask… well it may be that as well as using secret family recipes, all of our meat comes from handpicked Cornish stock which is allowed to mature naturally and enjoy the laid back pace of life right here in Cornwall.
