Our Cornish Sweetheart Streaky Bacon is cured using our own secret recipe and then marinaded in molasses and chilli. This product has become immensely popular with chefs and home cooks alike as a secret ingredient in their larder. Much like a fine Cornish maid, it has sweetness, warmth and great taste.
