1kg Brussels sprouts, chopped into halves
360g Finest Farmhouse streaky bacon, chopped into chunks
1 tbs olive oil
salt and pepper
Method Bacon Brussels Sprouts Recipe
Next add the olive oil to the pan along with a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Place the Brussles sprouts flat side down in the pan, cover with foil and turn down the heat to medium-low. Allow to cook for 10-15 minutes until the sprouts have a golden sheen.
Add the bacon to pan again and stir to heat through. They can now be served immediately or kept warm for your Christmas dinner. Delicious!
